For this purpose, data were collected from 363 employees working in logistics companies in Bursa, Balıkesir and Çanakkale by applying a questionnaire in January 2021. The convenience sampling method was used in this study. Within the scope of the research, job satisfaction scale developed by Chen et al. (2009), perceived organizational support scale developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986) and the organizational commitment scale developed by Meyer et al (1993) were used. Frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and path model analysis were performed with the data set based on the collected data. According to the analysis results, it was determined that perceived organizational support positively affected organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had a full mediating effect between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment.
